课间操结束后，杭州某小学的张亮在操场上捡到一顶蓝色的帽子。他想在班级板报上贴一张英文"失物招领"（Lost and Found）：捡到了什么、在哪里捡的、失主来找谁。
要问"这是谁的？"就得用 Whose hat is this? 要回答"是我的/她的"，就要用 mine / hers 这些名词性物主代词。

英语里"我的"有两个词，用法不一样：
- my + 名词：This is my hat. （my 后面必须跟名词。）
- mine 单独用：This hat is mine. （mine 后面不能再加名词。）
对应关系记一记：my—mine，your—yours，her—hers，his—his（不变），our—ours，their—theirs。
问句：Whose hat is this? = Whose is this hat? （这是谁的帽子？） 答句：It's Amy's. / It's hers. （是 Amy 的。/ 是她的。）
