辨析对比
- I'd like a sandwich. 表示"此刻想要"，是点餐时的礼貌用语；I like sandwiches. 表示"平时喜欢"，说的是长期爱好，注意名词常用复数；
- would like 后面人称不变形：He'd like... 不用加 s；而 like 要变：He likes...；sweet（甜）和 salty（咸）是一对常考反义口味，成对记忆。
文化角
在英语国家点餐时，人们习惯用 I'd like... / May I have..., please? 这样的礼貌句式，句尾加上 please。西餐里 salad（沙拉）常作开胃菜，sandwich（三明治）据说是三明治伯爵发明的快捷食物。而我们杭州也有自己的味道名片：龙井虾仁清爽鲜美，可以自豪地向外国朋友介绍——The shrimp with Longjing tea is fresh and delicious!
