第二步：追问确认——Is he/she + 形容词?

- She is young and polite. （两个形容词用 and 连接；想说"有时"，加 sometimes：He is sometimes strict.）

辨析对比
- What's he like? 中的 like 是介词，问"他是什么样的人"——回答用形容词：He's funny.
- What does he like? 中的 like 是动词"喜欢"，问"他喜欢什么"——回答用名词：He likes football.
- 一字之差，答案完全不同：听力时抓住 is 还是 does 就不会错；old — young、strict — kind 这两对词常一起出现，成对记忆。
文化角
在英语国家，学生常直接称呼老师 Mr / Miss / Mrs + 姓，比如 Mr Smith、Miss Green，一般不说"Teacher Smith"。西方小学每年还有 Teacher Appreciation Week（谢师周），孩子们写卡片夸老师：You are so kind and helpful! 用形容词真诚地赞美别人，是很受欢迎的社交习惯——在杭州，我们教师节送上一句"Thank you, my kind teacher!"同样温暖。
易错点
- 把 like 当"喜欢"：What's he like? 答成 He likes music. ❌ → 应答 He is kind. ✅
- 形容词前多加 a：He is a funny. ❌ → He is funny. ✅（没有名词就不要 a）
- is 和 does 混用：Is he strict? 答 Yes, he does. ❌ → Yes, he is. ✅（hard-working 中间的连字符也别丢）
