小舟提笔就写 Dear students...——等等，通知是"信"吗？要不要称呼？标题写什么？落款写谁？时间地点放在哪一段？其实通知（Notice）是中考应用文里格式要求最严格的文体：五个要素——标题、对象、时间地点、活动事项、落款——摆错一个都丢格式分。好消息是：它也是最"套路化"的文体，练熟一个模板，考场三分钟就能搭好架子。

句型与结构
通知的标准骨架：
- 标题：居中写 NOTICE（全大写）；
- 开头：一句话宣布活动——In order to enjoy English culture, our school will hold an English Festival.
- 主体：时间、地点、内容、要求，逐条交代清楚（信息缺一不可）；
- 结尾：欢迎参加 + 期待——Everyone is welcome to join us!
- 落款：右下角写发布单位和日期——the Student Union, June 1st。

- will be held 被动语态（通知的招牌句）：The English Festival will be held in the school hall at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

英文公告栏文化里，NOTICE 与 ANNOUNCEMENT 都表"通知"，校园场景多用 NOTICE。英语通知讲究 KISS 原则——Keep It Short and Simple（简短明了）：西方学校的公告往往只有五六句话，时间地点用黑体突出。这和中文通知的"兹定于……特此通知"一样，都是高度程式化的语言——程式化不是缺点，而是让读者三秒抓住关键信息的设计。
易错点
- 信息四要素缺漏：时间、地点、活动、要求——写完对着题目逐项打勾，漏一项扣一项的分。
- 时间地点介词错：at 2:00 p.m. on Friday in the school hall——时刻用 at，日期用 on，场馆用 in，三个介词各就各位。
- 该被动不被动：We will hold a party. 不算错，但通知的正式感来自被动——A party will be held...；主语是活动，不是"我们"。另外落款是发布单位 + 日期，写成 Yours, Li Hua 就"串台"成书信了。
