中考建议信的评分密码是：先共情（我理解你的难处）→ 再建议（每条建议 + 理由或做法）→ 后鼓励（相信会好起来）。从这一讲起，我们进入中考实战模式，把建议信打磨成你的"保分文体"。

句型与结构
结构骨架（三段式）：
- 共情段：I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem with your parents. Don't worry—many teenagers have the same trouble.
- 建议段：2~3 条建议，每条 = 建议句 + 理由/做法，用 First / Besides / Finally 串联。
- 鼓励段：I hope my advice will help. I believe you will get on better with them soon.
三级建议句式（由轻到重，混搭使用不单调）：轻量级 Why not have a talk with your parents?；中量级 You'd better tell them how you feel.；正式级 I suggest setting a "phone-free time" together.
"建议 + 理由"展开公式：Why not have a heart-to-heart talk with them? If they know your thoughts, they may give you more trust.（如果他们了解你的想法，也许会更信任你。）
提分句型升级：You should study hard. → The harder you try to understand each other, the fewer arguments you will have.（the 比较级，建议信的点睛之笔）
听说训练
写前口头操练（先说顺再下笔）：
- I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting on well with your parents. （听说你和父母相处不好，我很难过。）
- Why not have a heart-to-heart talk with them? （何不和他们谈谈心？）

注意：建议信的收信人是"求助的朋友"，语气必须委婉友好——must、have to 这类强硬词会让"建议"变"命令"，直接影响档次分。
文化角
英语建议信的委婉是有"套路"的：多用疑问（Why not...?）、情态动词（could / might）和 maybe / perhaps 弱化语气，这叫 hedging（缓冲表达）。英语文化中直接命令别人被视为不礼貌，哪怕是好意。中文里"你应该听爸妈的话"很自然，直译成 You should obey your parents 却显得生硬——换成 Try to understand them, and they will understand you too. 立刻温暖有度。
易错点
- 建议句式单一：三条建议全用 You should...——三级句式（Why not / You'd better / I suggest）各来一次，句式分才拿得满。
- 只给建议不给理由：Why not talk with them? 后面必须跟一句"这样做的好处"，否则建议显得空洞。
- suggest 搭配：suggest you to do ❌ → suggest doing / suggest that you (should) do ✅。
中考真题
