周日，小舟和同学在西湖边骑行，看到草坪上散落着塑料瓶和外卖盒，几只白鹭在垃圾旁踱步。同学叹气："这么美的西湖，太可惜了。"
学校环保社正好在征集英文倡议书：Protecting the Environment。小舟想写，却只憋出一句 We should protect the environment.——喊完口号就没词了。
倡议书不能只喊口号，它有一套固定打法：摆现状（为什么要保护）→ 列做法（具体怎么做）→ 发呼吁（一起行动）。这一讲我们就把口号变成一篇有理有据、有号召力的倡议书。

- 呼吁段：升调收尾——It's our duty to protect the environment. Let's take action right now!

易错点
- 只喊口号不给做法：整篇都是 We should protect the environment. ——评分要点在"具体建议"，至少写出三条可操作的小事。
- suggest 用法：suggest to do ❌ → suggest doing ✅；或 I suggest that we (should) sort the rubbish.
- stop doing / to do 混淆：We should stop to use plastic bags. ❌（停下来去用）→ We should stop using plastic bags. ✅（停止使用）。
