班会课上，老师抛出一个问题：Should teenagers do chores at home?（中学生应该在家做家务吗？）

句型与结构
三段式结构：
- 开头段（亮观点）：一句话背景 + 一句话观点——Some students think doing chores wastes time. However, in my opinion, teenagers should do chores at home.
- 主体段（摆理由）：两三条理由，每条"理由 + 解释/例子"——First, doing chores helps us become independent. Second, it teaches us to understand our parents. For example, after I cooked dinner once, I knew how tired my mother was.
- 结尾段（再总结）：换个说法重申观点——In a word, doing chores is not a waste of time but an important lesson of life.
核心语法：观点与理由的连接：
- However 转折引出己方观点：Some people disagree. However, I believe...
- 动名词作主语（议论文利器）：Doing chores is good for teenagers.（动名词短语作主语，谓语用单数）
提分句型：
- not... but...：Doing chores is not a burden but a chance to grow.
- The more..., the more...：The more we do at home, the more we understand our parents.

在欧美家庭，孩子做家务领 pocket money（零花钱）很普遍：修剪草坪、遛狗、洗车都可能"明码标价"，家长借此培养孩子的劳动观念和理财意识。而中国家庭更强调"家务是家庭成员的责任"。两种观念各有道理，这本身就是一个很好的议论文素材——在作文里对比中外做法，再亮出自己的观点，很容易出彩。
易错点
- 观点摇摆：第一段说 should，结尾又说 maybe not——议论文观点必须从一而终。
- 理由堆砌无解释：三条理由各一句就完事——每条理由后至少补一句解释或例子。
- 动名词主语配错谓语：Doing chores are good ❌ → Doing chores is good ✅，动名词短语作主语谓语用单数。
- although 和 but 连用：Although it is tiring, but it is useful ❌ → 去掉 but ✅。
