新学期开学，体育课上排队，你和同桌背靠背一比——他比你高 2 厘米：He is taller than me.（他比我高。）那全班谁最高呢？Li Lei is the tallest in our class.（李雷是我们班最高的。）
两者之间"比一比"用比较级；三者或三者以上里"挑出最××的"用最高级。一句话记住：比较级配 than，最高级戴 the。

二、比较级核心句型
- A + be + 比较级 + than + B：Tom is older than Jack.
- 比较级前可加程度词 much / a little / even：This book is much more interesting than that one.
- 比较级 + and + 比较级（越来越……）：The weather is getting colder and colder.
- The + 比较级, the + 比较级（越……越……）：The more you read, the more you know.
三、最高级核心句型
- A + be + the + 最高级 + in/of + 范围：She is the best student in her class.
- one of the + 最高级 + 复数名词：Hangzhou is one of the most beautiful cities in China.
四、同级比较：as + 原级 + as（和……一样）→ He runs as fast as his brother.；not as/so + 原级 + as（不如……）→ This room is not as big as that one.

② farther vs further——farther 多指距离更远：My home is farther from school.；further 多指程度更进一步：We need further information.
